Aleli Arcilla is the Managing Director of Mondelez Philippines, Inc., one of the top snacking companies in the country. Her leadership at Mondelez Philippines has been marked by a significant focus on growth strategies, particularly in the Biscuits and Chocolates categories, with aggressive efforts to build strong market presence of the Company’s various snacking brands.

Aleli has had a remarkable 27-year career story, with distinguished roles across Sales, Marketing and Senior Leadership as part of successful and scale multi-national companies. She began her career at Mead Johnson, where she spent more than a decade, followed by successful Marketing, Commercial and General Management stints in PepsiCo and Reckitt.

Throughout her career, Aleli has developed a breadth of experience, with increasingly complex roles and responsibilities in Commercial functions marking her professional growth, before assuming her current position as Managing Director.
